Michelle has a BA hons degree in Theatre Design from Bretton Hall College of Leeds University, she spent several years in finance before taking a course in jewellery and silversmithing and has never looked back.   More than 10 years on, Michelle is now an established jeweller, with a loyal customer following, she's exhibited around the  country at design shows,  wedding fairs and produced bespoke commissions. 


Through her designs, Michelle aims to celebrate the sentimental nature of jewellery.  Specialising in creating keepsake pieces,  that the wearer can enjoy on a daily basis.   She is the author of '20 to make – tiaras and hairpins' and a contributing author for 'Simple recipes for stylish jewellery' both published by Search Press.  Her work has also featured in Craftsman magazine, Brides magazine, Wedding magazine and numerous bridal blogs.


Michelle's jewellery studio is a converted former cowshed and she lives in Nottingham with her husband, two children and her border terrier – Banjo.
