Michelle has a BA hons degree in Theatre Design from Leeds University, she spent several years in finance before taking a course in jewellery and silversmithing and has never looked back. 9 years on, Michelle is now an established jeweller, with a loyal customer following, exhibiting around the country at design shows and wedding fairs and producing bespoke commissions.
Through her designs, Michelle aims to celebrate the sentimental nature of jewellery. Specialising in creating keepsake pieces, that capture memories and can be worn on special occasions and beyond. She is the author of '20 to make – tiaras and hairpins' and her work has also featured in Craftsman magazine, Brides magazine, Wedding magazine and numerous bridal blogs and websites.
Michelle lives in Nottingham with her husband, two young sons and her border terrier – Banjo.
